Your sessions

Every time you charge your EV using the EZO app, your charging sessions are saved automatically. You can view details including the charger location, session duration, energy used, and the total cost.

 

If you experience an issue with a charging session, you can raise a ticket through our Helpdesk. Complete the required fields and include a message and photo of the issue if needed. One of our customer support team will review your request and help resolve it.
