To make charging faster and easier, we recommend ordering an EZO RFID fob. This small, handy fob attaches to your EV keys, so it is always with you.

To start a charge, simply tap the fob on the reader on the charger. Charging will begin automatically, and the session cost will be deducted from your account.

 

Order an RFID fob

To order an RFID fob, open the app and go to the Account area.

Tap My RFID cards, then select the + symbol in the top right corner.

Choose Order an RFID card and follow the on screen instructions.

Please note, delivery can take 7 to 10 working days.

 

Add the RFID fob to your account

Once your fob arrives, you will need to activate it in the app before using it.

Go to Account > My RFID cards > tap the + symbol, then select Add an RFID card.

You will be asked to enter the code found on the fob itself or on the packaging it arrived in.

 

Once added, the RFID fob will appear in your account and will be ready to use for your next charge.
